Higgins’ training and development programme has been a key part of retaining and developing good people for over 40 years. From marketing to surveying, project management to HR, career development and training is a core part of our business strategy.
We are proud of our Investors in People status and we continue to invest time, energy and resources in our training programmes. These include our Exemplar and Developer programmes, mentoring schemes and estate based training.
We also believe that training and areer development shouldn’t be exclusively for management. Our training programmes are evident in every corner of our company, onsite or in the office, at every level.
